I think that there are many people (myself included, especially this year!) who just need to stay in contact with their past clients -- with just an email to say hello and catch up, or send out postcards, or a nice note or a coupon or something. We really should stay in contact with clients about 2-3 times per year, but I think most people don't even do this basic thing.
